Effective 1 April 2022, non-Malaysians may enter Malaysia without prior approval from the Malaysian authorities (i.e. MyTravelPass / MyEntry not required)
Fill out Malaysia business e-visa application form online
and provide digital copies of the following documents:

Scanned copy of Colombia passport. A clear scan of the information pages of your valid, signed passport.

Recent passport sized studio photo . Please see photo guidelines here.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

Proof of accommodation. Proof of accommodation (hotel reservation, proof of ownership or rent a house on behalf of applicant) or, if applicable, the commitment of maintenance and accommodation filled and signed by a person from Malaysia.

Proof of funds. Evidence of financial arrangements made for the duration of your stay in Malaysia.

Supporting Document. Such as:

If you are employed; a letter from employer granting your holidays for a specific period;
• If you are self-employed; evidence of your business activities and financial standing (e.g. A letter from HM Revenue about your tax contributions, company registration and letter from accountant.);
• If you are a student; a letter from your school/college/university stating the course you are on, its start and finish dates;
• If you are unemployed/dependent; evidence of any family or social ties acting as a sponsor: - identification proof (i.e: Passport/identity card) - evidence of relationship to you (i.e: Marriage certificate or birth certificate) - immigration status (i.e: Permit).

Proof of Status. Copy of evidence of your legal status in Canada (e.g Permanent Resident Card, study permit, work permit, refugee/protected person status document).

Business Support Letter. A support letter from the sending company which introduces the applicant, states the nature of the trip, and specifies the type and desired validity of the visa.

Business invitation. A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Malaysia. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Embassy of Malaysia", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
• State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Malaysia.
• Specify the type and desired validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa).
