Paraguay visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Paraguay visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

Original, signed Nigeria passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Passport Photo: 2 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Proof of Status. Copy of the front and back of valid Permanent Resident Card or other proof of legal status in Canada (such as study permit, work permit, refugee/protected person status document)

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.

Negative COVID-19 test result. Perform a PCR, LAMP or NAA test 72 hours before your flight.

Travel Insurance. All incoming travelers must have travel insurance the covers COVID-19 for the duration of their trip to Paraguay.
There are no quarantines for passengers who bring the 72-hour PCR/LAMP/NAA test.
Children under 10 do not need a test for entry.
Paraguay is also allowing those who've had a positive (and fully recovered) diagnosis of the disease to enter with a medical certificate showing the positive result within 14-90 days of arrival.
All passengers, both foreigners and citizens, will need to complete the online Health Declaration Form between at most 24 hours and at least 30 minutes before the flight.
