Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

Passport Copy. Photocopy of the photo page of the applicant's passport.

Previous visas. Any previous visas for the country which have been issued to the applicant.

Proof of residency.

• Documentation for values / assets (Attach documentation of all your values and assets)

Bank Statement (total). A copy of the applicant's most recent bank statement. The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.

Pay Stubs. For employee - 3 month pay slips.

Contract. Please provide your Employment contract.

Business registration. If you are self-employed please provide your business registration.

Personal Letter. If you have family who do not have to travel with you, have them write a letter in English confirming that they will stay in United Kingdom during your trip.

Biometrics. The biometrics appointment confirmation sheet, bearing the original stamp. Note: this document is valid for 15 days from the date it is stamped.
